Thank you for visiting and shopping at Central Park Infused Crystals. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there’ll be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Due to COVID-19 and the delays across the AusPost network Central Park Infused Crystals will not be liable.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- $9.95 flat rate shipping within Australia
- Free shipping for order over $99
We utilise Australia Post and Sendle.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 in the city of Mariybyrnong – Braybrook (3019), Footscray (3011), Kingsville (3012), Maidstone (3012), Marybyrnong (3032), Seddon (3011), Tottenham, (3012), West Footscray (3012), and Yarraville (3013)
For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We do not offer International shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We will send orders through Australia Post to PO Boxes. Sendle specialises in door to door delivery, so they are unable to send to PO Box addresses. If the receiver is not home to sign the parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
